«The Bachelor of Science in Archaeological Sciences program at La Sapienza University gave me the opportunity to acquire and apply fundamental skills in classical archaeological research including, for example, as part of the 'Capitol 2019' Project sponsored by the German Archaeological Institute, the use of the Laser Aided Profiler, a technology designed to create digital drawings of ceramic fragments.

My interest in lithic artifacts led me to continue my studies with a Master's degree in Museum and Artefact Studies at Durham University, where I curated for the Durham University Oriental Museum the realization of the exhibition 'Enchanted Treasures,' dedicated to the Sokolov Collection.

This is where my passion for archaeogemmological research emerged, so I am currently taking the Gemmology Foundation Course of the Gemmological Association of Great Britain.

Since 2022 I have been an intern at the Istituto Gemmologico Nazionale, with Prof. Flavio Butini, in the study and evaluation of 3D elastometric sensors in classical glyptic analysis.»
