Aluminum Sesquioxide

Aluminum Sesquioxide: being characterized by the chemical formula Al2O3, it constitutes the chemical structure of corundum as a crystal, therefore it represents the basis of some minerals such as ruby and sapphire which differ according to the metallic impurities present in the crystal lattice. As a material it is essential in the industrial field, for its properties such as resistance to acids and poor electrical conductivity.
