Incongruent crystallizations

Incongruent crystallizations: in the production of synthetic materials using the “flux fusion” crystallization method, incongruent crystallizations refer to those that, due to excessively rapid cooling, may result in the formation of amorphous substances or compounds other than the intended ones.
