Vicenzaoro, the acclaimed trade show in the gold and jewellery industry organized by Italian Exhibition Group (IEG), concluded its 2023 edition with a 6% increase in total visitors, 50% of whom came from abroad.
The numbers affirm the overall growth in revenue for the Italian gold and jewellery industry, with a 10.2% increase in the first six months of the year and a 9.3% rise in exports from January to May. This sector has proven to be the most performing within the Italian fashion industry, surpassing the national manufacturing average.
The 2023 edition reached a wide audience, thanks to its media visibility, garnering over 134 million total contacts in Italy and abroad. Social media channels, in particular, recorded almost 20 million views during the event.
Vicenzaoro is now a well-established and significant event in the jewellery industry, showing steady growth and a solid foundation in the world of design. Its ability to anticipate trends, promote the Italian sector, and attract a diverse international audience makes it a must-attend for enthusiasts and industry professionals.
The grand exhibition will reopen from January 19 to 23, 2024, while the dates for the subsequent edition have already been announced, scheduled from September 6 to 10, 2024.
