From Hong Kong and Bangkok to the United States: Non-European Gem and Jewelry Trade Shows in September 2026

September 2026 offers a packed calendar of events dedicated to the watchmaking, gemstone, and jewelry sectors, also outside of Europe.. From the historic Asian hubs of Hong Kong and Bangkok to the American showcases in Tucson and Denver, all the way to exhibitions in Russia, India, and the Middle East, the industry is unveiling its collections and technical innovations for the new retail season.

HONG KONG    

Hong Kong Watch & Clock Fair (September 1–5, 2026)

Held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC), the event reaches its 45th edition under the theme “Sparkling Moments Through Time”. TheHong Kong Watch & Clock Fair covers the entire watchmaking supply chain — from complete timepieces and components to equipment and wearable tech — allowing buyers to arrange production directly with OEM and ODM suppliers. The in-person event, scheduled for September 1–5, 2026, is complemented by digital activities on the Click2Match platform (August 25 – September 12) and the online portal (August 1 – September 30). The exhibition layout includes the “Pageant of Eternity” section and the concurrent Salon de TIME and CENTRESTAGE events. Admission is restricted to adult trade professionals; the previous edition recorded 652 exhibitors from 13 countries and 15,787 physical attendees, alongside over 95,000 unique online visitors.

Jewellery & Gem WORLD Hong Kong – JGW (September 14–20, 2026)

Jewellery & Gem WORLD Hong Kong is structured across two distinct exhibition venues to streamline product sourcing, further facilitated by the territory’s free-port status:

  • AsiaWorld-Expo (AWE), September 14–18: An area entirely dedicated to raw materials, including loose colored gemstones, diamonds, pearls, coral, and rare minerals.
  • Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC), September 16–20: A space reserved for finished products, ranging from fine jewelry and silverware to vintage pieces and packaging technologies. The Grand Hall hosts the Fine Design section, the 2026 JGW NextGen Coloured Gem Industry Awards ceremony, and thematic exhibitions on metalworking.

In 2025, the fair welcomed 3,103 exhibitors spread across more than 40 pavilions and 55,176 trade visitors from 141 countries.

UNITED STATES

Tucson Gem Shows: Holidome Fall & JOGS – Tucson, Arizona (USA) (September 36, 2026)

From September 3 to 6, 2026, the city of Tucson will simultaneously host two distinct industry events. The Holidome will serve as the venue for the Tucson Holidome Gem Show Fall, organized by Gem & Lapidary Wholesalers Inc. and focused on wholesale purchases of gems and jewelry from international suppliers. It places a special emphasis on lapidary techniques and features brands like Bora Jewelry, Colbaugh Processing/Kingman Turquoise, DaVinci Collections, and Constantine Creations.

Concurrently, the Tucson Expo Center will host the Tucson Fall Gem & Jewelry Show (JOGS), an event promoted by JOGS International Exhibits and a North American benchmark for both wholesale and retail transactions. JOGS’s exhibition offerings range from gold and silver jewelry to diamonds, cut stones, amber, rough minerals, fossils, and laboratory equipment. The event also pairs the trade show floor with technical deep dives, such as the “Turquoise Talk” session, covering methodologies for identifying authentic Bisbee turquoise versus imitations.

Hardrock Summit – Denver, Colorado (USA) (September 10–18, 2026)

Set at the Westin Hotel in Westminster (in the Denver, Colorado area), the Hardrock Summit serves as an autumn meeting point for the high-end mineral, rare fossil, and designer jewelry sectors. The event’s format includes an indoor show from September 10 to 13 and an outdoor exhibition running until September 18. Featuring around 200 exhibitors, the event integrates the trade show portion with educational exhibits of rare pieces from museum collections and a dedicated lecture program.

THAILAND

Bangkok Gems & Jewelry Fair – Bangkok, Thailand (September 8–12, 2026)

The Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) in Bangkok will host the 74th edition of the Bangkok Gems & Jewelry Fair, launched in 1983 under the auspices of the DITP (Ministry of Commerce). Scheduled for September 8–12, the trade show spans 53,000 square meters divided into 16 product categories, including gemstones, diamonds, precious metals, pearls, and industrial machinery. The event bolsters one of the key sectors of the Thai economy, which stands as the nation’s third-largest export category (with an annual value exceeding 400 billion baht) and steadily employs around 800,000 workers.

RUSSIA

JUNWEX – Moscow, Russia (September 23–27, 2026)

Housed within the VDNH exhibition center in Moscow, the 22nd edition of the JUNWEX fair represents the primary distribution channel for jewelry collections targeting both domestic and foreign markets. For the 2026 edition, running from September 23 to 27, the exhibition will expand its footprint by incorporating the new Pavilion 20, known as the “Forum,” alongside the traditional Pavilions 55 and 57. The Forum is a modern, two-level complex with panoramic glass walls designed specifically for wholesale contracting.

INDIA

Delhi Jewellery & Gem Fair (DJGF) – Delhi, India (September 26–28, 2026)

The 14th edition of Northern India’s Delhi Jewellery & Gem Fair will be held at the Bharat Mandapam (Pragati Maidan) center in New Delhi from September 26 to 28. This late-September timing allows retailers to strategically plan their orders ahead of the festival and wedding season. Spanning 16,500 square feet of commercial space, the event will feature over 180 brands, showcase more than 10,500 design models, and host initiatives such as the Silver Pavilion, technical conferences, and the presentation of the Shakti Awards.

QATAR

Doha Jewellery and Watches Exhibition (DJWE) – Doha, Qatar (September 28 – October 3, 2026)

Organized by Visit Qatar and the Qatar Business Events Corporation at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC), the Doha Jewellery and Watches Exhibition spans over 33,000 square meters. The event, running from September 28 to October 3, focuses on fine jewelry and luxury watchmaking, offering an exhibition layout that pairs over 500 international brands with daily in-depth seminars and curated shopping experiences tailored for the Middle East’s high-profile clientele.

UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

Watch & Jewellery Middle East Show – Sharjah, UAE (September 30 – October 4, 2026)

The Expo Centre Sharjah hosts the 58th edition of this biannual trade show, which has been active since 1993. Covering an area of over 30,000 square meters, the Watch & Jewellery Middle East Showwill run from September 30 to October 4, showcasing the creations of more than 500 premium brands from over 20 countries. The offerings include goldsmithing collections, diamonds, and haute horlogerie, complemented by exclusive product launches and prize drawings reserved for exhibition attendees.
