The Italian Gemologists Association (AIG) will celebrate its 40th anniversary in 2025. To mark the occasion, a special event is scheduled for Sunday, September 7, 2025, at the Palladio Hall of the Vicenza Exhibition Center, during the Vicenzaoro show.
The program includes a professional conference focused on reviewing the association’s history and exploring future perspectives in the gemological sector. Topics will cover research, education, certification, and the role of gemology in both the national and international contexts.
The initiative is designed as a platform for discussion among experts, industry professionals, and institutions, addressing the dynamics of a constantly evolving field.
The event is held under the patronage of CIBJO – World Jewellery Confederation, IGI – Istituto Gemmologico Italiano, AssoGemme – Italian Association of Precious and Related Stones, Federpreziosi, and Vicenzaoro.
